• Allow reasonable time for SEO results to manifest (typically 2-6 months);
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and local business guidelines;
• Pay fees according to the agreed payment schedule.

Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on competition, market conditions, and algorithmic changes by search engines.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on InstaRank's website are provided "as is". InstaRank makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

• Price changes require 30 days written notice.

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. InstaRank reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

• Payment is more than 30 days overdue;
• You violate these terms or engage in illegal activities;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• Your business practices conflict with our ethical standards.

Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding fees and InstaRank will provide a final report of work completed.

11. Modifications to Terms

InstaRank may revise these terms of use for its website and services at any time without prior notice. By using this website or continuing to use our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email where possible.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
